Women’s Health Technology Summit 2026 — tackling medical misogyny through digital innovation

September 16 @ 12:00 pm - 7:00 pm

Co-hosted by Diversity UK and the University of Manchester’s Greater Manchester Connected Health Ecosystem, the Women’s Health Technology Summit 2026 brings together leaders from healthcare, research, technology, investment, academia, policy and industry to examine how digital technology can tackle persistent inequalities in women’s health outcomes.

The Summit is structured around three themes: tackling medical misogyny and gender health gaps; investing in women’s health innovations and FemTech ventures; and feminist AI — examining how AI systems can either reinforce or challenge existing inequalities in healthcare.

The event aims to accelerate progress towards the Women’s Health Strategy for England (2026) goals, with a key ambition to push women’s health R&D investment into double-digit percentages across healthcare innovation and venture funding.
