CHIME CXO Summit — residential leadership programme for NHS digital leaders

The CHIME CXO Summit is a three-day residential training programme running 15–18 September 2026 at the Møller Institute in Cambridge. It’s built for NHS CIOs, Chief Clinical Information Officers (CCIOs) and senior digital leaders who need to lead transformation across organisations where digital is not the primary language.

Each module combines expert input with hands-on learning around the essential competencies for digital transformation leadership. Sessions cover how to influence non-digital colleagues — including clinicians and executives — build trust, communicate vision, and align digital roadmaps with workforce, finance and operational pressures. Attendees bring their current challenges and leave with fresh thinking and tested approaches from NHS and international peers.

CHIME International is the professional body for digital health leaders in the UK. The Summit is a longstanding programme with a strong reputation for practical leadership development rather than theoretical overview.
