NHTeams 2026: the NHS Neighbourhood Teams Conference comes to Manchester — digital enablement, data and the Lincolnshire whole-system deep dive (12 Nov)

Neighbourhood care is where the NHS 10-Year Plan stops being a PDF and starts being an operating model — and the second NHTeams 2026 conference lands in Manchester on 12 November to work through exactly that transition.
Convenzis has structured the day at etc.venues on Portland Street around delivery, not aspiration: morning and afternoon Skills Clinics on the digital enablement of neighbourhood care (virtual wards, remote monitoring, digital triage, shared care records) and on designing equitable services, plus a standout afternoon deep dive from Lincolnshire, who built a single IT provision across 81 GP practices, 14 PCNs, acute, community and mental health services — believed to be the first arrangement of its kind in England at whole-system scale. They’ll tell the practical story: why they did it, what it took, and what it unlocked.
You’ll earn 8 CPD points, and there are candid "lessons learned" sessions from NHS leaders mid-delivery rather than polished case studies.
One caveat: free NHS tickets are fully booked and the waiting list is at capacity — remaining places are £203.99 (charity/not-for-profit/university) or £500 (private sector) excl VAT. Book tickets here.
