Rise and Design — where humans still beat AI

AI is brilliant at spreadsheets, code, and first drafts. But when it comes to designing something you can actually manufacture, drafting a watertight contract, or building a brand that people genuinely trust, the human edge still matters.
Rise and Design is a three-hour, in-person morning at The Catalyst in Newcastle exploring exactly that gap. Three speakers — a product designer, a commercial lawyer, and a brand specialist — will each talk through where AI helps and where it falls short, with plenty of time to meet other attendees before and after.
