BCS PHCSG 45th Annual Conference + free Education Day — clinical safety, AI scribes and GP tech (12–13 Nov, Oxford)

November 12 @ 9:20 am - 10:20 am

If you build or deploy tech into primary care, the single best room to sit in is the BCS Primary Health Care Specialist Group’s annual conference. The 45th Annual Conference, Education Day & AGM runs 12–13 November 2026 at the voco Oxford Thames Hotel.

Day 1 (Thursday 12 November, 09:20) — free Education Day aimed at digital leads in general practice, with sessions on:
• Clinical safety for new IT in General Practice — practical DCB0160 territory
• Experiences of using AI scribes — early real-world numbers from practices
• Using AI to modernise practice workflows

Day 2 (Friday 13 November) — the Annual Conference itself, plus the AGM.

For founders shipping GP-facing tools, this is a rare chance to hear unfiltered feedback from the people actually signing off DCB0160s and absorbing new systems into already-stretched practices. No trade-show gloss, no vendor pitch noise.
